The week of July 12-18 Silverado Brewing Company will celebrate its 10th anniversary. Please join us for one or more of the following anniversary events:

Mon, July 12: Trivia Night 
Bring a team of four or come alone and join others for fun, great beer and food, and prizes. 7:00 p.m. 

Tues, July 13: Hospitality Night
For all you in the wine or hospitality industry, we host a special complimentary "thank you" party from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Please bring a business card and come share some Silverado beer and appetizers. Brewery tours and prizes, too!

Thurs, July 15: Brewer's Dinner
We'll serve five amazing dishes, each paired with a special Silverado Brewing Company beer. Tickets are $45 pp BEFORE June 30, and $55 pp beginning July 1. NOTE-this event WILL sell out. To reserve your spot, please call us at 967-9876.

Sunday, July 18: Pig Roast with the FFA
From 4:00-7:00 p.m., we'll do a pig roast at the Brewery with partial proceeds to benefit our friends at the St. Helena High School Future Farmers of America (FFA). Come enjoy succulent pork or chicken platters for only $25.50 per person as we end our 10th anniversary with a bang. Please call 967-9876 for reservations. Large-family tables available.

We're excited to announce that our next Brewer's Dinner will take place July 15th at Silverado Brewing Company. This is an amazing meal that you won't want to miss: five delicious dishes, all paired with a different Silverado beer. Brewers Ken Mee and Matt Cromwell will be attending, as will Chef Bernardo Ayala.

The Brewer's Dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m. Some of the goodies awaiting you at the dinner include Beer Belly Farms Mulefoot Pork Pate, a Grilled Black Mission Fig Salad, Niman Ranch Rack of Lamb, and much more.

Celebrate Father's Day Sunday, June 20th, at Silverado Brewing Company. We will open at 11:30 a.m. with our full lunch menu. Then, from 4-7:00 p.m., we will be having a special PIG ROAST, where you can order a pork or chicken platter. For dinner, we also will have BBQ Tomales Bay Oyesters, live music, and a special drawing where one lucky dad will win an entire KEG of Silverado Brewing Company fresh local beer. Please join us at Silverado Brewing Company as we celebrate Earth Day! From Thur April 22 through Saturday April 24, we will feature a special "Earth Day Dinner Special": wild pacific black cod with leeks and thyme risotto and a lemon caper butter sauce. A portion of all proceeds from this dish will be donated to the Earth Day cause. At Silverado, we believe in fresh, local and sustainable food and ingredients, so come see for yourself how tasty sustainable food can be (and play your part in Earth Day, too)!

Celebrate Valentine's Day at Silverado Brewing Company with our special Lover's Drink List and Menu. Delicious Valentine's Day specials will include Lobster Paella, Peppercorn Crusted Filet Mignon, and Dungeness Crab Fettuccini Alfredo, among others. In addition, we'll have special desserts, including Dark Chocolate Dipped Strawberries and Vanilla Bean Creme Brulee. Join us for our Super Bowl Party Sunday, February 7th. Throughout the game we will have food and drink specials. Plus, we are doing a football pool. The halftime winner will receive a 5-gallon keg of their favorite Silverado Brewing Company beer, along with two pint glasses, while the end-of-game winner will receive dinner for four at either our Tap Room or Restaurant. Wear your favorite team's jersey, and come have some fun! Note: We have one big-screen TV and three regular TV's. Hike!

Our 2009 Oktoberfest celebration was a huge success -- lots of fun times, great German food, and LOTS of our Oktoberfest Lager. Our Community Beer Hall Dinner also raised $420 for the St. Helena Boys and Girls Club. Yay! Mark your calendars: Oktoberfest 2010 will take place Sept 28 - October 3. Prost!
